Gottfriedi Zimmer (1802-1851) and Catherina Winandi (1810-1848) were married in the Catholic Chruch of Freudenburg, Rhineland, Prussen, (Germany) on February 12, 1835. Gottfriedi Zimmer was the son of Laurentius (Born? -1842) and Maria (Boewen) Zimmer(Born? -1831). Cathernia's parents were Michael Winandi and Magdalena Oberbilling.
The church records show four children born to Gotfreidi and Cathernia Zimmer. Michael Zimmer, christened on November 23, 1835. Joannes Zimmmer, christened on March 30, 1838. Magdalena Zimmer, christened on December 24, 1839. and Maria (Mary) Zimmer, christened on October 23, 1841.
